Robert (Bob) Siefert is from St. Louis Missouri and moved to the San Francisco Bay area in 1979, where he entered the mortgage industry as a loan processor with California Federal Savings and loan. Bob fell in love with the San Francisco Bay Area Real Estate market and Residential Lending in particular. Bob’s career continued to flourish at Cal Fed working his way up from Processor to the Regional Manager for Northern California when he left in May 1991. As lending shifted from large Savings and Loans to the professional Broker Community, Bob went to work at Pacific Guarantee Mortgage as the Company Sales Manager. Over the course of the next five years, Bob opened Offices all over Northern California for Pacific Guarantee Mortgage and became a principal owner of three of its branches in San Francisco and San Mateo County. Siefert’s main responsibilities at Pacific Guarantee were: hiring and training of Loan Originators; Quality Control, Lender Relations and all aspects of lender support and communications.
In 2003 Bob became a founding partner of Guarantee Mortgage Corporation based in San Rafael, California and currently boasts 13 offices in California and Hawaii. Although Bob’s main duties were similar to those at PGM, he took on the additional responsibilities as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, monitoring all aspects of Lender relations, approval, and dissemination of Lender information and policy.
Robert Siefert and Orlando Diaz, Senior Loan Consultant at Guarantee Mortgage Corp, teamed up in 2004 to jointly share their extensive list of satisfied clients to provide excellence in Mortgage Services and have continued to rank among the Top Producers within the Corporation since that pairing.
